Extending gratitude to our own selves
Come rest and revitalize your physical and mental health with moments of mindfulness, meditation, and group yoga in the Garden. This free series, facilitated by Luna and organized in partnership with Family Practice and Counseling Network (FPCN) requires no prior registration and welcomes participants of all abilities!
Please bring a yoga mat, towel, and water bottle. We’ll have extra water and a limited supply of mats on hand as well. While the class begins at 3:15, participants are encouraged to gather and ground themselves in the space from 3-3:15pm. Classes will move to the chosen area for the day from the welcome center at 3:15pm. Rain or shine!
Facilitator Bio: Mind-Body & Integrative Therapy Practitioner Luna is an International Yoga Alliance certified Yoga Instructor and a certified MINDFULNESS MEDITATION instructor. She has trained in Mindfulness education for kids & teens from Mindful Schools and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) from UMass Center for Mindfulness. These traditional & secular trainings have enabled her to create unique, engaging mind & body wellness programs for all ages. Incorporating ancient wisdom with modern, holistic healing tools.
