Public Meeting for Concrete Cowboys Stable

Bartram’s Garden and the Philadelphia Department of Parks and Recreation are partnering with the Southwest Philadelphia Concrete Cowboys to establish a new stable along the North Bartram section of the Schuylkill River Trail. As part of the zoning review process, a virtual public meeting will be hosted by Southwest Philadelphia District Services to discuss the project.
