Facilitator Bio: Levi Hudari Sungu’Ra is an African born in Philadelphia whose work focuses on community collaboration. He is a musician, author, and activist who incorporates ancient and modern therapeutic modalities while advocating for change that starts at a local level.
He is dedicated to cultivating and igniting the innate intelligence and creativity of youth and adults in a holistic, supportive environment that prioritizes open dialogue and cultural awareness. He designs and implements curriculums for schools in Philadelphia, as well as Liberia, and is also the founder of the African Science Academy.
Levi currently serves as the Lead Farmer at Mill Creek Urban Farm and is a co-founding member of the North Philly Peace Park.
