Tincture-making is an effective way to extract and administer the healthful qualities of various medicinal plants. Learn to create tonics of nettle and dandelion, and how to incorporate tinctures & tonics into busy lifestyles.

These workshops will be led by Nyambi Royster. Ms. Nyambi has been a medicinal herb farmer and herbalist for over fifteen years. She manages an organic fruit orchard and medicinal herb farm in North Philadelphia at the Lighthouse Field, and runs an herbal-inspired bath & body care company called Nyambi Naturals.
