DJ Basics Workshop I with VinylTap 215

The Vinyl Tap 215 DJ workshops will include basics such as proper handling of records and hooking up the equipment. We will discuss foundational concepts such as presenting an intentional narrative through the music one selects. We’ll also have lessons about the mechanisms of DJing, such as beat matching and transitions.

We encourage you to be receptive to your audience and work towards the goal of leaving you with a basic understanding of the equipment that will enable you to make that happen.
